Kind Request from the GRAMERCY TABLE
GRAMERCY TABLE は、肩肘張らずに美味しい・楽しい時間をお過ごし頂けるレストランではありますが、ご来店を頂いた全てのお客様に最大限当店のお料理と雰囲気をお楽しみを頂く為に、以下のお願いを申し上げます。
GRAMERCY TABLE is a restaurant where has homy-cozy relaxing atomosphier so you can enjoy your time as if you are in your house. However, for the all clientale’s enjoy, we kindly ask a bit of request to all loving clientale.
〇 ご予約についてのお願いとおことわり ／ Notice about a reservation 〇
ご予約頂きましたお時間にお約束のお人数様お揃いでのご来店を頂けなかった場合、当日の状況と当店の判断により、キャンセル待ちのお客様を始めとする他のお客様にお席をお譲り頂く場合もございますので、お約束のお時間、お人数様に変更の無いようお願いを申し上げます。
また、無断でご来店を頂けなかったお客様や、ご予約日当日のキャンセル、またはご予約時間を過ぎてからキャンセルのご連絡を頂くなど、ご来店のお約束を大切にして頂けないお客様には、誠に不本意ながら過去の一般的な事例に照らしたキャンセル料を請求させて頂くとともに、次回のご来店をお断りする場合もございますので予めご了承下さい。
We kindly ask that you come at your reserved time with all of your party. In some situations, we are afraid that we may release your table to customers on the wait lists so please honor your reservation.
No shows or Cancellation on the same day of your reservation may be charged a cancellation fee, and also decline your next visit.
〇 ドレスコード ／ Dress Code 〇
当店では厳しいドレスコードは特に設けておりませんが、カジュアルドレス／カジュアルスマートのお召し物をお勧め致します。尚、特にディナータイムにおきましては男性のランニングシャツ、タンクトップ等袖なしの衣服及び、ショートパンツ、ビーチサンダル等はご遠慮頂いております。また、強い香水を纏われたお客様もお断りをさせて頂く場合がございます。
We recommend to suit Casual Dress / Casual Smart clothing. Especially in the dinner time, We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the following garments.
Beach sandals, Male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments. We also kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the strong scent of perfume.
〇 お子様のご同伴について ／ Parties accompanied with children 〇
ディナータイムに関しましては基本的にはお断りを申し上げておりますが、ランチタイムに限り、他のお客様のご迷惑とならぬようご配慮を頂けますお客様におかれましては、お子様のご同伴もお承りを致しております。詳しくはご相談下さい。
We basically as guest to refrain from being accompanied the children during dinner time. However we welcome your children during lunch time, but please consider the comfort of other patrons. Please feel free to ask us if you have further questions.
〇 写真の撮影、動画の撮影、音声の再生について 〇
店内でのお写真や動画等の撮影について特段の禁止事項は設けてございませんが、他のお客様のご迷惑とならぬよう、プライバシー保護の観点も含め十分にご配慮を頂きたくお願いを申し上げます。尚、音楽や動画など音声物の再生につきましては他のお客様のご迷惑となりますので固くお断りを申し上げております。状況によってはお声がけをさせて頂く場合がございますので何卒ご了承下さい。
We kindly ask that guests taking photographic mementos while dining with us give due consideration to the privacy and comfort of other patrons. In the interest of ensuring the enjoyment and privacy of other guests, please understand that staff may on occasion approach you regarding the use of cameras and/or other recording/playback equipments.

５名様以上でご来店のお客様につきましては基本的にはコース料理のみのお承りとさせて頂きます。アラカルトメニューからのご注文をご希望のお客様につきましては別途ご相談下さい。ボリュームや提供時間などを含めましてご説明をさせて頂きます。
